Millions of people are affected by poverty and injustice, both at home and around the world. Through our awareness campaigns we aim to challenge the causes of poverty, not just address the symptoms, and show the consequences of our actions. The more we know about how all our lives are interconnected the better we are able to see solutions together.

Below are just some of the charities and causes we support.

Poverty is an outrage against humanity. Christian Aid has a vision to end poverty and we believe that vision can become a reality. We support work that provides practical help tackling the effects of poverty as well as its root causes.
All We Can helps people to find solutions to poverty and become all that they can, by investing in partnerships that improve quality of life and create positive, long-term change in some of the world’s poorest communities.
We have been a Fairtrade Church for several years and continue to support and help Mossley maintain Fairtrade Town Status. We, as consumers, have an important role to play to improve the situation for producers across the world.
In the run up to Christmas we join with many ordinary people from across the world standing up for humanity by sending extra greetings cards to those suffering human rights abuse.
Currently we have a box for donations to the local food banks and vounteers help at a drop in centre.
